SPONSORED PARK SEATS 

The Friends of Arataki fund park seats that are erected in many spots throughout the Auckland Regional Parkland . These spots have been identified as places where the public can rest and enjoy the scenery. Members of the public can sponsor seats that can be erected in any of the Auckland Regional Parks. These seats include engraved brass plaques (with sponsors wording that has to have park approval), and are constructed by Friends and transported to the site that has been approved by the park ranger of the chosen park.
